Returning a online purchase

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

To be eligible for a return:

1. the item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment
2. the packaging and/or product is faulty or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required)
3. the item was purchased online at our official store (www.skynoptik.in)

Sale items

Sale items are non-refundable.

Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria above and wish to return your product, please contact care@skynoptik.in with your order number and reason for return.

Kindly specify whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within 5 working days and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or generate a new sales order to ship your replacement.

Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to be approved by your purchasing merchant.

Return Shipping Costs

Once you inform us of your intent to return the item and we approve the request, the item must be sent back to us. The company is not liable for any loss or damage during transit, and we recommend tracking the delivery.
