HAPPINESS GUARANTEE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority! We take pride in the quality of our products and use them every day. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 60 days. You can choose to receive a refund to your credit card or exchange the product for another. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for details on processing your request.
This policy applies exclusively to our skincare range and does not cover hair care products.
Kindly note that we can only accept returns for Skynoptik skincare products purchased directly from our website. Products bought from third-party retailers or other platforms are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
RETURN POLICY FOR HAPPINESS GUARANTEE POLICY
In the event of you needing to return it, please follow these steps below to return your purchase:
- Contact us at care@skynoptik.in with in 60 days of the date of purchase along with the order number and other details and we will arrange for the return.
- Returns should be made within 60 days of date of purchase. Product containers should be included in the box and the product must be mostly full.
- Multiple returns/exchanges will not be allowed.
- All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
I RETURNED MY ORDER, WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Our team will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and processing your returned order in our warehouse. A credit should appear on your statement within 1-2 full billing cycles. We will send you an email after the refund has been processed.
