Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you or phone call by our customer care team will be made to you.Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.
“Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mohali by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-5 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days”

There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 600. However, if your order is less than INR 599, there will be a shipping charge of INR 75.
*For North Eastern Region Shipping Charges will be INR 99 if your order value is less than INR 599.
