We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.  We stand by the quality of our products and use them every day. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 60 days.  Please see our Returns Policy under Happiness Guarantee below for details on how to process.

Happiness Policy is applicable only to our skin care range of products. The hair care products are not included in the policy.

Please note we can only accept back Skynoptik Skincare products that were directly purchased through we cannot accept products that were purchased from a third-party retailer or any other platform.



In the event of you needing to return it, please follow these steps below to return your purchase:

  • The policy is applicable only on products purchased through till 30th November, 2021.
  • Contact us at with in 60 days of the date of purchase  along with the order number and other details and we will arrange for the return.
  • Returns should be made within 60 days of date of purchase. Product containers should be included in the box and the product must be mostly full.
  • Multiple returns/exchanges will not be allowed.
  • All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund.


The Skynoptik Team will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and processing your returned order in our warehouse. A credit should appear on your statement within 1-2 full billing cycles. We will send you an email after the refund has been processed.
